• If you decide to enlist my professional services, using the info shared in the consultation, I’ll research & map out some travel options for your consideration, including insurance, to protect your vacation investment.
• Upon final approval of the proposal, I will research, plan and book all details of the trip using reputable & trusted suppliers.
• I’ll provide details about in-destination support to solve any problems that may occur while you’re away.
• I’ll check & monitor Covid protocols for the destination, including travel restrictions, reviewing in detail with you to ensure you understand the documentation you need before you leave, while you’re away, and when you return, including passports, visa, covid tests, and any re-entry requirements.
• I’ll prepare your itinerary and documentation in print or digital format and review it with you in detail prior to departure.

No long hold times or call centre agents who are unfamiliar with the details of your trip. I’m never more than an email, text or phone call away.

• I am available throughout the process to answer any questions, modify plans, and troubleshoot situations that may arise during the trip, such as delays, or other unexpected events.
• Once you are home, I’ll help you wrap up the paperwork and submit insurance claims if there were any interruptions to your travel plans necessitating insurance.
